Slate Craftsmen was brought in to manage the full renovation of 270 Spadina Rd E, a 103-unit mid-rise residential building in Kitchener. The scale and complexity of this project required a highly systematised approach — running multiple units simultaneously while maintaining rigorous quality control and minimising tenant disruption. Our team managed all design coordination, permit issuance, municipal approvals, sub-metering, and construction management from start to finish. The result was a fully modernised building delivered on schedule and within budget.
