Slate Craftsmen is currently managing the renovation of 80–84 Union Blvd — a two-building, 35-unit residential property in Kitchener. The project involves a phased delivery approach, renovating units in sequence to allow for continuous occupancy and minimal disruption. Slate is coordinating all permits, sub-trades, and construction management while maintaining close communication with building management and tenants throughout the process. The project is on track for full completion in 2025.
